I was reading this secret and trying to figure out why it wasn't sitting right and I think you've hit on it. I don't mind the "adulting is hard" type of thing and jokes or people using alarms etc to remind themselves to eat/drink/sleep/whatever, but framing it as someone elses responsibility is weird. Extra weird to make that between your 'fans' or viewers.
