'Cause we gotta do this at least like once a year.

Also, I see the "Not unless..." option is winning. Sounds like an ok, idea, but here's my concern.
Say someone posts a secret with a pretty strange and unusual pairing, and the text says something like "I ship it, S!B; Well, just LOOK at them! How exactly would I explain THAT to my friends?" It gets in, because it's more than just "I ship it". Scroll down to the comments, and there are tons of comments along the lines of "WTF? I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU'D BAN THESE!!! THAT REASON ISN'T GOOD, WHY DID YOU INCLUDE THIS?!?!?!???"
See, I think what qualifies as a "reason" is more subjective than we think.

Also, how about some secrets that basically revolve around a pairing or a character/celebrity crush, but don't actually include the words "hit" or "ship"? Such as, say "I understand how controversial and hated this pairing is, and most of my friends bash it, but I actually enjoy it, and often read fics and look at fanart involving it", or "I know this character creeps a lot of people out, but I actually am quite attracted to him, and yes, I do have sexual thoughts involving him".
Loopholes?
