I like her a lot, personally. I felt invested in her character right from the first scene we saw her in. TROS kind of failed all it's characters, including Rey, but even in TROS I feel like she was failed the least hard by the horrible script. I'd still rather ignore TROS entirely, I'm just saying, even TROS didn't ruin her for me. I'd definitely give a new movie or show a chance is she was going to be a main character in it.
