I'll be in a rough patch until the day I die. I fucked up my life. Lack of food stamps and no health insurance will sicken me and kill me eventually and I may end up homeless in the future- if a terrorist doesn't kill me first. I will be stuck in a deep hole.

Also, not having money is not remotely related to character. Being poor, not having the things you need, that is a comment on society, not on you. You deserve all those things.
