I’m just adding to the chorus about the purges. First the NSFW purge but far more grievous is the LGBT purges.

There were also smaller issues and I think for some users those are a bigger deal since they directly impacted them. Uneven Quality control, that nutjob Cassie Clare, My Immortal…just a few of the better known examples of some of the (mostly) harmless fuckery that went down in the days before AO3.
