Whenever there's a TV series or crime documentary set in Glasgow, I enjoy hearing the delightful Glaswegian accent. Especially when they say "murder".

I'm not trying to downplay the seriousness of a real crime or tragedy, but goddamn that word sounds so cute in that accent. (So full of buzzy rrrrrrr sounds!)

Bonus secret: I find ALL accents from the UK and Ireland to be musical to the ear. Yes, even Birmingham accents.

I grew up with Taggart* and his delightful "Murrrd-duh!" and it tickled me to hear Stargate Atlantis's Carson Beckett say it the exact same way that really emphasized his Scottishness! So I'm with you completely on this one.
(If you love even Birmingham accents try to watch the Joe Lycett series where he travels to the other Birminghams and enjoys teaching Americans how to say 'All right Bab', it's adorbs)
*Also his nickname for his boss, McVitie, the biscuit has stayed with me
