I actually quit at this point because the medicine just got too bad for me to deal with in favor of drama. She was meant to be dying of kidney failure (for two legit reasons)...so they just leave her in a bed and call in her workmates and boyfriend to say goodbye? What? It was so blatantly stupid that it just popped my suspension of disbelief. Which was annoying, because I was otherwise enjoying the strange set-up of the episode.
