The problem is precisely that she isn't condemning it. Maybe she has her reasons, but as someone who's both a billionaire and white, it's not a good look.

Think about it. When you have great privilege, and someone uses your words as a soundtrack to their acts of oppression against others, and you say nothing, you are by extension participating in that oppression. Basically, it's remaining neutral in a situation where there is a clear oppressor. Maybe you're not directly causing harm, but by saying nothing, you give the message that you are okay with others being harmed.

In ordinary times, yes, not being an asshole is a no-brainer. But these are not ordinary times, and that alone doesn't cut it. You have to actively condemn being an asshole and work toward a system that doesn't let assholes get away with hurting others.

I don't let anyone else off the hook, because it's not okay for anyone else to ignore it. Taylor doesn't get special treatment.

She has already done that, numerous times, on her own terms. Making a performative statement to remind people of that fact now, simply because Trump has forced her hand, would not be constructive.

Vacuously condemning shit doesn't make any difference at all, regardless of the times. In fact, sometimes, it can make it harder for you to do truly meaningful work, because it paints a target on your back, provides your enemy with ammo, or both.

Real politics and real struggle is not about producing performative sound bites. I really hope people like you will figure that out at some point, because you're actually making it harder for us, and making it easier for Trump and his supporters.

She's friends with Brittany MAGAhomes now, you think she's really going to say anything about Trump now?

This is just more Swift hate - I don't have a dog in this race but the hatred of any other woman (or at least a woman who's supportive of gay rights) the way she's despised will get labelled sexism.
She doesn't have to get involved in politics if she doesn't want to because despite what the left think, they aren't the 90% majority and people are getting tired of being lectured at by celebrities. Make music, make movies, and support your favorite charity, but keep your other opinions to your selves.
