I'm on a desktop and can't angle my device, and no, those aren't very easy to read for me even if I tilt my head. I cannot physically tilt my head to the degree that I could read it without a struggle. It's partly the desktop monitor, partly my own physical limitations. I don't make a fuss over such formatting but I'll probably just scroll past to something that IS easier for me to read.
