When the font is like that? Yes, it is. That font is not a great choice for sideways writing.

Same, between the font and the sideways text, it would take me some effort to read it when ordinarily reading text feels effortless. I saw that it was about a book I don't know anything about so I didn't take the trouble. If it had been about a fandom I am into, I probably would have.
