I get that it's supposed to be heartwarming and admirable/noble when cartoon dads like Stu Pickles or Bob Belcher and others pick family and fun with their kids over money and profitable careers but dudes...your kids gotta eat. Your job is to provide. I dunno, noble poverty isn't heartwarming to me, as someone who lived it.
