Thank you. It means a lot that despite the late night posting, someone cared enough to say something. I suspect I'll be wrestling with it for a while, torn between:

* vent my feelings directly to all guilty parties and go scorched earth
* say nothing but do a slow fade, reorganize my priorities and focus on finding new friends and improving mental/physical health, sadly write off important friendships
* fuck it, cut the bastard off and anyone who sides with him can fuck off and die in a fire
* ghost the "friends" who can't be bothered to even e-mail or text a brief message of acknowledgement and/or sympathy
* reach out again and try to emphasize that I could use some support and someone to talk to about this (too needy?)
* try to get over it, as most people apparently have and if I pretend like I'm not gutted and resentful they'll likely (gratefully, in relief) go along and just forget all about it

Ehhhhh, I don't know. None of those options sound good to me. I wish people didn't fucking suck so much.
