I genuinely think it's a troll. Someone said it reads like trolling performance art a week or two ago when they really got going, and I have to agree. Start off by being a sympathetic character, and then gradually work up to being totally unhinged. The way that thread began and the way it ended up was just off the wall. It does not read like someone who is being sincere to me. I think it's someone trolling.
