This may not help, but over the years I had to realize that even though gift giving is my love language, receiving gifts isn’t necessarily the love language of my friends. I still love giving gifts, but sometimes I get more out of it than they do.

Yeah. Gift giving is also that friend's love language but they're not very great at receiving them. I'm not even mad about it, just a bit disappointed that there is barely any reaction.
