I still can't believe that Harvey Weinstein's ex assistant got to make Star Wars. There's no chance she wasn't a part of his crimes as his top PA. I wasn't surprised that she made a series where the dark side character is just misunderstood and not evil at all.

Every single time a writer who wrote an evil character getting redeemed or forgiven turns out to be a horrible person themselves, fandom always says "it makes a lot more sense now" and you've gotta stop doing that. Some people already think writing redemption stories, or liking them, is a red flag. There is no correlation. Those kids of stories are popular, and some people are shitbags. Sometimes there will inevitably be overlap. It's not that deep.

Why do you specifically think she was involved? She spent less than a year as his personal assistant - of which he had many - and quit because he repeatedly verbally abused her. Definitely not someone in the inner circle.
