Hard same. And they almost never are for the right reasons, either. On Amazon it's all parents who bought their kid a book that was too mature for them and are mad because there was swearing in it (never mind that their kids are already saying fuck in every sentence when it's just them and their friends) and on Goodreads it's just a general lack of media literacy.
