The vast majority of trans people getting transition before 18 report feeling regret and anger at the doctors and their parents.
Mutulating confused teens is crazy and saying that it was proven to help them makes no sense. Who paid for the studies? Who are those trans people that "knew"? What was the statistical method used? If you want to give hormons to your teen children, that's on you and your poor kids. I think it's child abuse.

+1
I'm personally fine with social transition for kids and HRT for adolescents, but puberty blockers cause really horrific side effects with bone density and even brain development. Trans kids deserve better than to be used as guinea pigs for the medical industry.

medical industry is evil, or at least parts of it.

With all due respect, you need better conversational skills. Replying to the last part of someone's statement and not approaching anything else is rude and tonedeaf. I don't think the entire medical industry is evil because medicine has saved people's lives. But there have been times when it's been unethical, like this.
If you have something to add in agreement or disagreement besides your soapbox, go ahead. But this comment is just nothing.
