Some versions of Melkor/Sauron have their size differences large. I especially love it when Melkor is still huge but Sauron tops or doms.

Legolas/Gimli.

Celebrimbor/Narvi.

I usually don't notice size differences unless they're really significant or emphasized by canon.

The only ones that spring to mind are
- Pre-serum Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes
- Hulk and anyone, but especially Clint Barton or Tony Stark
