I honestly don't know why I have such a strong reaction to these movies. Plenty of derivative movies are popular. Plenty of racist movies are popular. Plenty of pretty but empty movies are popular. Plenty of bad movies make money. I just hate these ones so much. Seeing the new one make a ton of money again makes me angry.
