I love G'Kar's boots on Babylon 5. I think they look awesome.

They are pretty awesome boots. I like tall boots on characters in general, TBH. I was so thrilled last year when I finally found a pair of tall boots that fit me. Any time I wear them, I feel like I'm in one of my favorite fandoms.

Apologies, it was a little tricky finding a decent photo of this character's boots. Most of the images of G'Kar didn't include his feet at all, or at least, not in close detail.
