Re: Do you allow your phone to stay receive all notifications & make noise while you sleep?

I put my phone on vibrate at work and mute it when I go to bed. The only notifs I have enabled are for calls, text messages, and emails. My work phone is also muted. Having my phone blowing up triggers my misophonia and interrupts my sleep, I don't get how someone can have it go off constantly.
