All of them but that is a crappy answer so I'll pick a few that stand out.

Irish Wolfhounds are amazing giant muppet digs and I love them.

Huskies (including malamutes and all "sled dog" types) are a favorite too. I love their personalities and the "talking" they do. Also they are pretty. And while their stubbornness isn't always fun to try and train or live with I can't help but be charmed by (and respect) it.

Pitties are the cuddliest dogs I have ever encountered and I love their happy wiggles.

I would love an Irish Wolfhound, but I know large dogs have shorter lifespans and I would just be too sad too soon if I had one.
