Re: Based on #1
(Anonymous) 2026-01-11 05:20 am (UTC)(link)My experiences in not any particular order:
1. Was illustrating and making graphics for a text. Writer was so bizarre and anal about everything that it was worse than my actual job at that time. And that job was a reason for my extreme burnout. Also I was done with this person after they were strangely hurt by me not drinking instant coffee (????)
2. Writer of course never finished a text. And my illustrations were so good, damn. I wanted to read this fic too *sighs
3. Writer of course never finished a text (part 2). And it was one of my favourite fanfics in this fandom, I still remember it fondly. I've made like 10 illustrations to go with it, I was so obsessed. This writer was chased out of this fandom for writing about paywalled spoilers under cut once.
4. Text sucked. Visual headcanons of a writer sucked. My illustration also sucked because I was massively not into it.
I can't even remember positive experience of working with writer and I am so sad about it.
