Series 11 is one of the best when it comes to friendly competition, and I love it. So often you get the impression that the chefs don't know each other well, or they're too competitive in an annoyingly macho way. I like seeing chefs who are secure enough to sincerely compliment their opponents and cheer them on. Refusing to admit that someone made a kickass beef loin (or whatever) just seems petty and juvenile.

Tommy Banks and Mini Patel are just an example, but I particularly loved how open and warm Mini was when it came to raving about Tommy's dishes. <3
