nayrt but I suspect that's correct, and those are likely bots. Any bit of confusion that can be used against the resistance, I imagine they will do that.

Bots sound right, but another guess is that it could be different people with different opinions, tbh. Even people in the same side can disagree how to go about something.

But yeah, I don't get the second opinion at all, even if performative it sounds like a good thing?
