He doesn't do the writing, he has hired writers for that. He just does the videos. And he gets a lot of money from sponsors. I guess it works for him.

Very true. tbh I rarely use youtube these days, so I know very little about how the money side of it works. I assumed he was being hired for the channels rather than the other way around. I guess he's just milking it for all its worth while he can, cause that is a lot of channels he's throwing out there.

I don't think that's it. He outsources a lot of the work, so he doesn't need to do it himself. Recording the videos will take some time, of course, but if you aren't writing the script, doing the editing, etc. then it's a lot less time than you think.

Yeah, I assumed he was the one being hired rather than doing the hiring himself. I guess he figures he can make more money with quantity over viewership then? idk, I'm turned off him just hearing about him, overexposure is the quickest way for me to lose interest in something.
