Does this feel useful to you? Do you feel more empathetic? Do you feel more motivated fight for change for the people who don't have the time/energy/resources to escape the world's problems?

Because it doesn't feel useful to me. I think you should block/unfollow the strangers who are saying this to you. And if it's a friend have a conversation about how these comments aren't helpful and are just making you feel bad about trying to be happy.
