I do feel bad for what was done to Michael but at the same time I also feel like Teyla was very justified to throw him off the city to his death.

Honestly, you know it's bad when you think, "you know... that's probably fair" about the Pegasus Replicators trying to blow them up. And I couldn't stand the Pegasus Replicators. I got so bored of their shit, even more so than the Milky Way Replicators (who I also hated.)
