*that they're including tips they got over a period of years, and some of those may not be credible. And those in power may use the not-credible parts to try and dismiss everything. But it seems very evident to me that a lot of abuse and trafficking of women and children did in fact happen. I'm hoping that at least some members of Congress will finally grow a backbone; that seems to be happening at least a bit.
