My biggest...takeaway(?) is that people are so entertained by this. Like...it's a sport.

And it just reminds me that the most vulnerable are often so easily failed. And people harp on about how sad/sickening it all is.

But those most harmed have been and will continue to suffer and never know justice or feel seen.

And I hate thinking this over and over and feeling so weird voicing my thoughts that I hate myself for writing this. Because I'm just like everyone else, contributing to this arena sport and feeding the monster.

But no, no one will really be held to account. It's actually funny in a spiteful angry way how fucking naive people are about this whole thing.

People just like feeling righteously angry, and it's so easy to know you're right to be angry over child predators. They don't give a fuck about protecting kids or holding these criminal abusers accountable. lmfao has never been about the victims and never will be
