How was your weekend?

We tried the baked brie and it was not good. :( The texture was awful (almost like it had split??"

Oh that's sad. Though trying new things is fun, it's always a little sad when they are not good.

My weekend has been pretty low key. It's still ridiculously windy and cold here so I stayed in, cleaned a bit, but mostly watched PBS and worked on my crochet blanket. I miscalculated a bit and it is larger than expected, but that's okay. It's just a one row repeat so I just keep plugging along at it.

Gone too quickly! But I did sort some old physical media and do a little grocery shopping.

Sorry to hear about the cheese. Maybe it'll be better next time.

Was able to resolve one keyboard problem without having to replace the socket in question.

Am trying to think of a more tidy way to do the circuit bridge than the first bridge I did, just to see if I can (may need to do some light desoldering too, which was not an issue with the first bridge job).

Sorry the baked brie didn't work out.

Really nice.
Stayed home one day and have done cleaning etc and watched some shows. And had an active other with culture things. I find it a good balance

Sorry to hear about the baked brie.

My weekend was decent. Some good, some bleh. Better than an all out bad weekend.

Went shopping and yapped with some coworkers on Friday. It was a lot of fun. Visited my sister's to say happy birthday to one of her kids. I always love seeing them. We also talked about my dad's retirement party. It's a pain to listen to my sister and mom bicker and the both of them constantly going off topic. Made some progress but have an auntie butting in with her plans. I don't want the job, but if you're saying it's mine, please let me do my job.

Saturday, I woke up way too early T-T
But I went out with my sister and mom to visit a patisserie and new soft serve ice cream place. I got the milk and Thai tea blend, very good! My mom got the matcha and ube blend, sooo delicious.

I always feel guilty for being annoyed with my mom. LOL

I kind of procrastinated on doing my nails, because I take forever doing them. Had fun doing my nails and feel like I did the execution well! Was going for colored stained glass windows (saw them on a nail design video I was watching).
I finished watching "I May Destroy You" and it was a cathartic watch.

I fell asleep in bed really late watching "Detective Conan" and woke up with a sore spot at the back side of my neck T-T

Went to bed too late, but I did feel like I slept well.
