I saw a gif or a video once of a housecat washing a tiger. Apparently this housecat nursed the tiger as a cub, and someone commented that in cat body language, the housecat was being the dominant one and the tiger was allowing it.

This image pops into my head whenever I think of Blake Lively and Taylor Swift's relationship. I guess we all have that one longtime housecat friend that makes us forget we're tigers now.

First of all, thank you Secret Maker!

And yes, when I first posted the secret someone suggested that what I saw was actually a lynx not a tiger, and I think they were right. But I asked the Secret Maker to choose which one to use because I personally think tiger is more poetic here in the secret's phrasing.

So it's not Secret Maker's fault that the image may seem off, things got complicated when I'm sure they didn't find the pic I vaguely remembered.

Someone lied to you about the origin of that video and the meaning, lol.

Definitely possible, I don’t know this incident in particular. But I think there are well documented cases of different animals continuing to have an unusual relationship even after the younger one grows much larger than its “foster parent”/childhood friend.

Why do I get the feeling that the OG vid is AI?

And which is the tiger in this figuration?

Taylor is the tiger. Her texts to Blake have this remnant of "you're so much cooler than me please keep liking me" desperation that I'm sure was much more fitting when they started their friendship years ago.

It's a dynamic you see among some women. My childhood best friend does this to me. When I'm around her I get all flustered and stupid and try to act cooler than I am to impress her. As soon as she's out of sight I realize what a manipulative loser she still is while I have an objectively better life. It's maddening.

So, uh... are you looking to write some kinky RPF, or...?

Do you mean Linda and Dusya?

While I do think what I remember actually was a lynx, it sticks really hard in my mind that the housecat nursed the lynx as a kitten. So no, although this is adorable and thank you for sharing this.

DA Yeah, I also remember this with a housecat that nursed the lynx, not a tiger. But there was definitely nursing of a kitten involved.
