I feel really bitter how my former online friend group went from being hardcore antis who obsessively called people out, to more "neutral" now.

I'm glad their opinions changed, but the herd mentality is why I don't feel comfortable talking to them anymore. I had to pretend to be an anti for years because I was terrified of getting doxxed or told that I deserved my trauma, and now they arbitrarily stopped caring about discourse.

Better late than never, but the scars of being too scared to express my opinions are still there.

I saw a gif or a video once of a housecat washing a tiger. Apparently this housecat nursed the tiger as a cub, and someone commented that in cat body language, the housecat was being the dominant one and the tiger was allowing it.

This image pops into my head whenever I think of Blake Lively and Taylor Swift's relationship. I guess we all have that one longtime housecat friend that makes us forget we're tigers now.

My biggest issue with the Iron Lung fandom right now is that there are people who have made an interpretation of certain scenes and backstories as fact and everyone is taking it as truth because they have only seen the movie once.
I cannot wait for an official streaming/dvd release to come out to prove these people wrong.

It is very interesting to me that a woman who is about to marry the ostensible love of her life is still obsessed with constantly hammering on the theme of how victimized and wronged she was by her exes.
