Thanks. What annoys me is all my conditions and medication were in my chart, but OBGYN somehow missed the migraines when he gave me the prescription.

I'd like to say it's an honest mistake and easy to do but. If you're in the US, your healthcare provider exists to enrich shareholders, and small errors like this equal more billable hours.
