Those friends should be happy to be rid of you.

In the essay that started this all, which I doubt you ever bothered to read, Rowling argued that actual trans women face issues that make them uniquely vulnerable, and that they therefore need our support. She said that she would stand beside any trans women who had faced discrimination based on her gender identity. But she also said that self ID with no questions asked was a bad idea, because predators would take advantage (and she's right: they do. I know that people on this forum don't care about that, because they've decided that it's inevitable that men will attack women, making it pointless to attempt to stop them, but I don't share that view). The reaction to this was to call her a terrible transphobe, and to attack not just her but her children, including threatening to kill them. And now narcissists like you can't understand why she doesn't like you and your entire self-obsessed movement.

You aren't the center of the universe. Your rights shouldn't come at the expense of women's safety, and you shouldn't get to bully and harass people and threaten them with death and rape because you think there's something wrong with your body. You don't get to demand that people sleep with you to avoid the accusation of "bigot." You don't get to leer at women in the changing room, comment lewdly on their bodies, get hard in front of them, and then say "but I'm a woman, you have to let me stay" when they object. You don't get to straight up commit rape and then frame it as something everyone should feel bad for you about. And yeah, these are all examples of actual behavior from your community, a community that is completely unwilling to acknowledge or condemn any of that bad behavior. Which, after all these years, makes it look like you're fine with it, and that everyone who says you're a bunch of predators might actually be right. In less than a decade, I went from campaigning door to door for trans rights to thinking that most of you have personality disorders, and that's from direct experience. That's from having trans friends who eventually scared the fuck out of me, because yeah, they expressed ideas like, "lesbians who won't sleep with me because I have a penis are vagina fetishists and bigots," or admitted to raping people (shout out to the trans woman who said that sometimes she blacks out, comes to, and realizes she's forced herself on her partner, and wanted us to comfort her over it! Yes, she wanted us to comfort her because she raped someone multiple times!).

So I hope your friends display their horribly offensive books. And I hope that they are then blessed with your absence.

Oh, fuck off. If you force people to use the restroom that aligns with their sex assigned at birth, you WILL get a lot of people who don't look like they belong in said restroom.

And that second paragraph is just unabashed transphobic garbage. You don't get to demonize an entire group of marginalized people and make the worst assumptions about their behavior in public and private spaces. You were never an ally from the sounds of it, assuming you're not just straight up lying about these alleged experiences.

And the label of narcissist is hilarious coming from someone who made ayrt's post all about you.
