I have a tendency to get into a hit or become aware of a hit before it becomes a hit (examples: manga before they got official localisations or anime adaptations, Scarlet Hollow when it was just the first chapter out, Iron Lung before big-name Let's Players tried it, BG3 and Astarion 1-2 years before the game dropped...)

I try not to have an ego about it, but I do have a little bit of an ego about it.

Do you mean you played BG3 while it was in early access or you based your early bird knowledge on leaked concept material?
