Okay, so to explain: People without autism, who are not on the spectrum, are messy and do not categorise their minds like that. They do not separate things and thoughts into neat little mental categories they keep separate. They go into entertainment spaces with both entertainment thoughts and daily living thoughts all mixed up, and express them like that too.

I know it is confusing for you, but it is just one of those things you are going to have to adapt to in life.

Not OP but I really think either you’re drunk or your reading comprehension is below average for a 10 year old.

Are you trolling? Weird response.

(Anonymous) 2026-02-21 08:38 pm (UTC)(link)
what the fuck

Also no

Speak for yourself. That's definitely not how my autistic mind works.

(Anonymous) 2026-02-21 10:55 pm (UTC)(link)
Because people are different. But generalizations can be made that are both true but also don't apply to you.

(Anonymous) 2026-02-21 11:16 pm (UTC)(link)
This is why I told them to speak for themselves instead of making such sweeping statements that "people without austism do this" implying that people with autism don't. They did not say "generally." And then they were a dick about it.

It's called compartmentalization and anyone can do it! Even allistics!

(Anonymous) 2026-02-21 10:55 pm (UTC)(link)
Love this reply. Made me laugh and made the people riled up about a silly thing.

I guess it's nice for you that you get a kick out of ableism.

(Anonymous) 2026-02-22 01:15 am (UTC)(link)
See this? This is just sad. Try to be better.

ngl I kind of assume 90% of FS is on the spectrum. It would explain some of the comments and discussions/arguments I see here.

(Anonymous) 2026-02-22 12:48 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, kinda same, and that includes myself lol

(Anonymous) 2026-02-22 01:17 am (UTC)(link)
I'm sure 90% think they are, no diagnosis needed.

(Anonymous) 2026-02-22 01:22 am (UTC)(link)
I was never aware of so many people with autism as I found in fandom generally. It is VERY apparent at conventions.

(Anonymous) 2026-02-22 01:27 am (UTC)(link)
god yes. my first fandom friends meet up was at a con and it was VERY apparent. still friends with a couple of those people actually, but it took me some adjusting that first meet up.
