The way it is being written. And I have only seen it being written with toddler or infant mind regression. But there is a very specific style and points every fic like this hits and trust me, it is absolutely a kink. You should look some up! Could be an interesting night for you.

There seems to be some confusion here because people are saying they tag for the kink, and then saying it is all kink, therefore it all should be tagged because it is kink.

I'm not saying don't tag it, tag away. Just saying it's not all kink and sometimes merely a trope.

The confusion is that since people are talking about tagging, stuff irrelevant to tagging seems, well, irrelevant.
