I wish I could change the past and not have been an avoidant dependent that lives in her head.

I wish I knew what else to say. Please try to get some help.

I've been seeing a social worker since June. I recently tried to quit therapy but my parent threatened me with eviction if I didn't return.

I really don't know what else to tell you.

I wish I could change the past to live MORE in my own head. The outside world is too full of dickheads who have really nothing going on for them other than being privileged and dickheads.

I don't see any shit being dumped, only one anon saying they wish they had lived in their heads more because other people are assholes. This didn't say that OP is an asshole, only that the anon wanted to avoid people more. I don't see anything insulting about that comment.

Usually when I post here, anons try to troll me and are unnecessarily mean. It's as if they're trying to influence me to unalive myself.
