This might sound really dumb/boring, but for years and years one thing on my bucket list was to stay at a hotel room by myself. So I'm there alone and can put my things where I want and put the heat/AC temperature where I want it and shower when I want and turn out the lights when I want and on and on.

Well, I finally got to! I went to a concert and then stayed at a hotel. Honestly, it was mostly awesome BUT my boss had a family emergency so I had to get my ass up really early and race home, I didn't even get to have breakfast because I checked out before they started serving it...

Soooo I'm a little disappointed because I didn't get the full experience I was wanting, but what I did have of it, I really enjoyed. I'm a pretty solitary person but don't live alone, so having this little scrap of peace and quiet and true solitude was amazing. I am happy I finally got to do this, but also I want to try again sometime when I can stay two nights and not have to rush out.
