Never watched Game of Thrones, or read the books, but I would 100% watch Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. If only it wasn't on such a stupid streaming service in my country. I guess I'll just get my fix secondhand from fanspaces, in the old ways again.

I've only read the novellas, but Egg is a nickname, and short for Aegon. Assuming no details were changed, you meet his twin brother many years later in GoT (Aemon, the old maester at the Wall).
