Yeah. I don't get how OP even enjoyed the show when what they hated about it is one of its most prominent aspects.
I admittedly was a little bit surprised by how explicit some scenes were (I knew nothing about the show apart what my friend told me, literally: "LGBT show with a Russian guy"), but I 100% understand why they choose to shoot them like that and I respect the artistic/storytelling decision under that.
Also, come on, most of the explicit sex is only in the first... 3 episodes? I think that you can totally follow the character development skipping those but also you can skip the entire show if it makes you uncomfortable. Honestly I don't get this secret. :/
