I'm not fond of sex scenes either, so I held off on watching the show. But the fact there was plot and character development made the scenes better IMO, because I could just focus on those things. A lot of movies and shows claim their sex scenes have a purpose, but this was one of the few instances where that was actually true and I can respect that. I'll still admit that I liked the latter eps with fewer/less explicit sex better.
