I'm a good cook and love to bake and I just read that the reason your dough gets stuck to your roller is because you're pressing too hard! Literally learned that an hour ago, I'll have to test it out myself before I recommend it though.

Huh, I thought it was just because my dough was too wet. I'll have to keeo this in mind for the next time I roll something out!

That is another cause, but so long as you have a light dusting of flour on the surface, dough, and roller, it's all about pressure after that. Allegedly.
