Billy Joel It's Just A Fantasy (first mv I ever saw and it blew my mind - tried to describe it to my friends and was so excited that he acted out most of the lyrics; now I realize it's not a good way to do an mv but at the time I was impressed).

Peter Gabriel Sledgehammer - it was so innovative and risque for it's time the work it took to film it - just wow. I still like the song but mv>>>>song.

A-Ha Take On Me (my fave song by them is Sun Always Shines On TV but the mv for Take On Me broke my teenaged brain, in the best way, lol)

Soul Asylum Runaway Train because it featured missing kids and made me aware that could even happen - the lyrics resonate with me still "somehow I'm neither here nor there"

P.O.D. Youth of A Nation for mental health awareness in people who were considered "too young to have real problems" back then

Orange Caramel Copycat - most of the mv is split screen spot the differences, and there are other visual puzzles too, the song is very catchy but you can always mute and just do the puzzles, lol finding the group members a la where's waldo is still impossible for me

Oh My Girl Windy Day besides the aesthetics which I find really soothing the song has an ABBA-esque feel to it and a Bohemian Rhapsody chaos to the song structure, imo and I enjoy it very much, it helped me through the death of a family member I was very bonded to so there's an emotional nostalgia as well

I tried to pick mv's that contribute to the impact of the song where I want to watch the mv over and over or are just pure nostalgia where seeing the mv makes me feel like I did when I first saw it.
