Anon, you need to call this whole thread a wash and go take a break. We know the difference between our bank, taxes, etc needing a password and Papa Johns demanding we make an account just to get a fucking pizza.

The only time my bank card was ever compromised was at the vendor's end, not mine. GenX ain't boomers, we're not out here wobbling on our walkers handing over our SSNs to scammers.

A vendor requiring a password is one of the ways they make sure their customers are secure. The compromise in that instance would still be on the vendor's end.
