To me, like... yeah, you can make arguments about how one of these men is uncredited and the other is not, one of these men is playing a character rather than playing himself and the other is not... but ultimately I just think it matters that one of these men is dead and can't do any further harm, and the other is alive and doing all the harm! I'd be fine with scrubbing the Elon episode and restoring the MJ one. Anyone who doesn't want to hear his voice can simply choose not to watch it, and he doesn't profit from its existence. But it's not like musk needs residuals.
