I was so into Game of Thrones. Right up until the last season killed my love. I can't bring myself to go back and watch. That final season just killed the show for me. I do miss the dragons, though.

Its crazy how popular this show was back in the 2010s and nowadays hardly anyone ever mentions it.

Right? The last season was so bad it killed almost all of the cultural affection it had garnered, it was nuts to see happen in real time.

It really was a good ride, though, for most of it. Well, I guess there's some debate past season 4, but I was willing to overlook some of the changes until it was just obvious D&D were flopping and flailing about in the absence of more book material.

I still have the DVDs for the first seven seasons. I probably wouldn't be upset if I had to part with them, but I don't mind keeping them for now. At least I never bought the eighth season, I guess.
