Run around in a Dirndl dress or Lederhosen, glorify beer, soft pretzels (valid) and stan the Oktoberfest. Which is only a tiny aspect of the country but it's the one most foreign media seem to be hung up on so it fits because regular weebs also often just fetishsise a small part of Japanese culture.
They'd also probably randomly shout "nein".
