Yeah, I used an AI chat for awhile to help me come up with journaling exercises and art therapy exercises. I still did the exercises and reflected on them myself, but the bot had a level of randomness that helped me think of different angles I could take. I always kept in mind it was only a bot, and that I was really just talking to myself. I found it helpful overall.

Ironically I stopped because it got an update that made it better at chatting and RP but worse at the structured responses I was using it for, it kept trying to derail my requests for journal prompts into strange roleplay ideas, hahaha.
